The Echosys Advisory team is expanding and is now structured in two practices

September 27, 2022

The financial advisory practice is headed by Laetitia Dubois. Strengthened by the arrival of François Tremblé and Clémence Auliac, the Echosys team assists its clients in the financing of their energy transition projects. Through a wide range of services such as financial structuration, fundraising (debt and equity), mergers & acquisitions mandates, and strategic consulting, Echosys Advisory supports its industrial, investors and institutional clients in their projects’ success.

Both graduated from EDHEC Business School, François and Clémence bring a rich experience in energy transition projects financing. Prior to joining Echosys Advisory, François was investment analyst at Mirova, project finance analyst at Société Générale, and at Akuo, a French renewable IPP. As for Clémence, she started her career as investment analyst in EDF International finance division, where she focused on energy projects in Asia and Africa.

The investment practice is led by Olivier Leruste and Alexandre Gilles. Supported by Ismael Django, they are closely working with RGREEN INVEST‘s teams on the deployment of Afrigreen Debt Impact Fund, a senior debt fund dedicated to renewable energy projects in Western and Central Africa. The fund, which aims to close at €100 million, will be deployed on around 30 projects with capacities below 10 MW.
