Alexandre is an expert in project acquisition, development and contractual structuration.

Prior to founding Echosys Advisory, he was the lead developer at Akuo Energy on more than 1GW of both utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects globally. Before that, he was a field engineer in India and a concrete structure engineer in France.

Alexandre holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from INSEAD.

Olivier is an expert in creating bespoke financing solutions and raising equity for renewable energy projects.

Prior to founding Echosys Advisory, he was the head of project finance for French renewable energy IPP Akuo where he raised more than €2bn in debt and equity to finance solar, wind, biomass and hydro power plants globally. In his previous lives, Olivier was a senior banker at BNP’s Oil & Gas division in New York and Mexico and an economist at Credit Lyonnais.

Olivier holds a MSc in Management and Economics from HEC Paris.

Laetitia is an expert in infrastructure projects structuration and financing, with a particular focus on Africa.

Prior to joining Echosys Advisory, Laetitia was a business development manager for Africa at Akuo. She worked on 20+ greenfield and brownfield solar, storage and wind projects across the African continent. Previously, she worked in a financial advisory boutique for the African
markets, and as a civil servant at the French Ministry of Finance.

Laetitia holds MScs from Ecole Polytechnique and AgroParisTech, and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.

Meryem is an expert in M&A processes both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Before joining Echosys Advisory, Meryem was an M&A vice President at Emergence Partners where she was involved in the execution of several deals on sell and buy side mandates. Previously, she gained experience at Crédit Agricole CIB in Equity Capital Markets and at Ernst &Young in Strategy consulting.

Meryem graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a Master degree in Banking & Finance and holds a Bachelor of Science in management from IHEC Carthage, Tunis.

Moulaye is Investment Manager and runs the Echosys Invest’s office in Abidjan. He manages the deployment of the Afrigreen Debt Impact Fund in West and Central Africa.

Prior to joining Echosys Invest, Moulaye was Rural Electrification and Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator at Expertise France in Côte d’Ivoire. Previously, he worked for EDF as Project Manager and for Boralex as M&A Analyst.

Moulaye holds an engineering degree from École Centrale Méditerranée – Energy and Environment major.

Prior to joining Echosys Advisory in 2022, Clémence started her career as an M&A analyst in a French boutique, before working in the finance division of EDF International as an investment analyst, where she focused on off-grid and renewable projects in Asia and Africa.

Clémence holds a MSc in Climate Change and Sustainable Finance from EDHEC BS and Mines ParisTech and a Master in Management from EDHEC BS.

Ayman is an Investment Associate with a background in advising public and private shareholders on Acquisitions and debt raising strategies.

Before joining Echosys Invest, he was part of the KPMG structured finance team focusing on renewable sources, transportation, and utility projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ayman holds a Master’s degree in Financial Strategy from Audencia Business School and an MSc in International Management from Shenzhen University.

Carla is an Investment Analyst working from Echosys Invest’s Abidjan office on the deployment of the Afrigreen Debt Impact Fund across West and Central Africa.

Prior to joining Echosys Invest, Carla worked 2 years at Boston Consulting Group in the Paris Office. She supported 10+ projects in various industries (Pharma, AI, Aero & Defense…) and across functions (Marketing, Ops, People & Organization).

Carla is a double graduate from Sciences Po Paris (Ms Finance) and Boccony University (MS Economics).

Prior to joining Echosys Invest, Marguerite began her career as an M&A analyst at Arganto, a Belgium-based M&A boutique. She then worked as a venture capital analyst at Gaia Impact Fund, where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities for the fund.

Marguerite holds a Master in Management from EMLyon BS.
